Cologuard Classic Concert FAQs

- All ages are welcome.
- Kids 17 & under are free to the concert when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
- The venues gates to the concert open at 5:00pm. Gates open at 9:00am if attending the golf tournament during the day.
- Everyone is subject to search on entry.
- The show will take place rain or shine.

Concert ends at 10:00pm. Shuttles will run up to an hour after concert.
- All food and beverage vendors accept both debit and credit cards. NO CASH SALES.
What items are prohibited and should leave at home?

- No backpacks, seat cushions, or coolers of any kind.
- No chair bags (folding chairs are permitted, however the sleeves that holds them are not).
- No lawn or oversize chairs.
- No pets except for service animals.
- No opaque bags larger than 6" x 6" x 6" (in their natural state) will be permitted.
- No clear tote bags, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12" x 6" x 12".
- No video cameras at any time.
- No cameras permitted.
- No radios, televisions, or other electronic noise-producing items.
- No whistles, horns, or noise makers.
- No signs, banners, poles, or rods.
- No alcoholic beverages may enter or leave the tournament.
- No outside food or beverages may enter the tournament except for medical or infant needs.
- No plastic, metal, or glass containers except for medical or infant needs.
- No weapons of any kind may enter the tournament including, but not limited to, firearms and knives.
- No computers or laptops.
- No fireworks or laser pointers.
- No illegal substances.
- No other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the PGA TOUR Tournament Security.

Where is Public Parking located?General Public Parking is available Friday-Sunday, March 1-5, 2023 and is located at Foothills Mall at Ina Road and La Cholla (7401 N. La Cholla Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85741.) Complimentary round-trip shuttle service to and from the main gate of Omni Tucson National Resort. Shuttles will run up to an hour after concert.
Is there VIP parking available? No. Unfortunately, no VIP parking is available for the concert. Please park at the general admission parking lot at Foothills Mall, complimentary round-trip shuttle service provided to and from the main gate of Omni Tucson National Resort.
Are there going to be shuttles? Yes, shuttles will be available to ride to and from the venue from general admission parking lot at Foothills Mall. Shuttles will run up to an hour after concert.
Will there be ride share pick up/drop offs? Yes, VIP Taxi/Uber/Lyft drivers will have a separate entrance into and out of the concert. Location for ride share pick up and drop off is on the top level of the parking garage.
Can I buy tickets at the gate? If available, general admission tickets can be purchased at the gate with
debit or credit cards only.
All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. The Cologuard Classic by Exact Sciences is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The resale of tickets is prohibited on the course, in the parking lots or on surrounding roads. Violators will have tickets confiscated. Tickets are transferable, but each individual ticket may be used only on the specific day.
I can’t find my online ticket purchase email. How can I reprint tickets? Please search for an email received from
confirmation@etix.com. If you can’t find it, please contact
info@cologuardclassic.com with your order number.
Does my ticket(s) come with a parking pass? No. Parking passes are not available for purchase.
What if I can’t make it? There are no refunds on tickets. We suggest selling or giving your ticket(s) to someone you know.
Can I bring children to the tournament or concert? Children 17 years old and younger are admitted free to the tournament or concert when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
To ensure that everyone has the best tournament and concert experience, please attend to your child and walk away from play or the concert if your child gets fussy as to not disturb the golfers and other spectators. We encourage parents with young children to bring umbrella strollers since they are easier to maneuver around the course. Diaper bags (including bottles, juice, and snacks) are permitted but will be checked at security points for prohibited items. Please review the event's prohibited items.
Are strollers allowed in the venue?
Yes. But, only if it’s for an infant or toddler.
Can I bring a folding chair in a bag to the tournament?
The folding chairs that come in bag sleeves ARE permitted, however the bags they come in are NOT. Please leave the bag sleeve at home or in your car before boarding the shuttles.
What is the cell phone policy?
Please SILENCE your mobile phone. Phone calls are only permitted in designated areas.
What is the photo policy?No photographs are permitted after Thursday, February 24, or during the concert. Please also note that video recording is NOT permitted at any time.
I am disabled. Will I have access to and the ability to move about the tournament? Dedicated wheelchair-accessible buses will shuttle disabled persons and their guests to the tournament from designated parking areas. Disabled parking is offered at Pima Community College Northwest Campus.
The vehicles parked in disabled parking must have proper Arizona-issued disabled parking credentials. On the course, you will find reserved seating for people with disabilities located on various holes. For specifics, check the spectator guide upon arrival at the tournament. Pedestrian paths (cart paths) throughout the course can accommodate wheelchairs.
Will there be restrooms available? Yes. Restrooms are available on the Driving Range inside of the designated concert area and will be identified by a "Restroom" sign.
Will I be able to find security, if needed? Yes. Security will be provided by the A-Team and Sheriff Department and will be identified by their uniforms. Should you need assistance, please reach out to the first Security or Medical Services provider you see and they can assist you.
Will there be ATMs on site? No. ATMs will not be available at the concert venue. All food and beverage vendors will accept debit and credit cards.
NO CASH SALES. Will there be first aid or medical services on site? Yes. First Aid and Medical Services will be provided by Banner University Medicine. Should you need medical services, please contact Security and they will alert the First Aid team to respond.
Will there be a lost & found? Yes. The lost & found will be located at the tournament office or call 520-571-0400. You can return any lost items directly there and visit to inquire after your missing items.
