Safety of our spectators and players are our top priority. The items below are subject to change based on rules and restrictions set out by the city and county. For a full list of the guidelines and frequently asked questions please visit the Pima County website.
Face Masks/Coverings— Spectators will be required to wear a face mask or covering at the Cologuard Classic unless the guest is eating or drinking.
Prior to Arrival – All spectators are encouraged to take their own temperature and review the CDC’s symptom questionnaire before departing to Tournament. If spectator’s temperature is 100 degrees or higher, please seek medical advice and do not attend the Tournament.
Sanitizers – Stationary hand sanitizer units will be placed throughout the golf course at the entrances, restrooms, and concession locations. Attending individuals will be encouraged to bring their own small bottle of hand sanitizer.
Sanitizing Process – All venues and equipment will include sterilization protocol multiple times throughout the day and a thorough cleaning nightly by SOLO Events Group, a COVID-19 sanitation crew to execute this process.
Social Distancing – Once on-site, spectators will be asked to maintain a 6-foot separation from other individuals, unless the party has arrived together.
Payment Methods – All major credit cards will be accepted at all Concession locations. Non-cash transactions are recommended.
Autographs – For the safety of the players and gallery members alike, autographs may be prohibited at the 2023 Cologuard Classic.
All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board shuttles.
The Cologuard Classic does NOT provide a check or locker facility, so attendees are urged not to bring restricted items. Please note: diaper bags and medical necessities will be permitted, but searched.
The Cologuard Classic reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission privileges to any guest who fails to comply with tournament standards.
All portable chairs must be removed from the course each night.
Verbal remarks, as well as banners, posters, T-shirts, or the like, that belittle, defame, or criticize any of the players are not permitted.
