Volunteer Newsletter 2019

FEBRUARY 23 - MARCH 1, 2020
Omni Tucson National Resort Tucson, Arizona

Cologuard Classic logo

 Tournament week is February 25 – March 3, 2019

The 2019 Cologuard Classic will once again take place earlier than the event’s traditional date to align with the beginning of March as national Colon Cancer Awareness Month. The event will further colon cancer awareness through various on-site activities with fans, volunteers, and players, as the tournament looks to cement a community footprint outside the ropes. Please be sure to add tournament dates to your calendar: tournament week is February 25 – March 3, 2019.

VOLUNTEERS...WEAR YOUR BADGE TO THE PARTY!

Cologuard Classic volunteers dancing

Buffet Dinner, Adult Beverages, Raffle Prizes, Live Band (Five Way Street) & Dancing!!!

Five Way Street is made up of seasoned musicians who all have a love for classic rock. We made a specific decision to choose cover tunes that weren't being played by other local bands. Baby boomers seem to love the song mix.

Volunteers WEAR YOUR BADGE to the party, which will get you through the line quickly.  This celebration includes a delicious dinner, adult beverages, raffle prizes, live band and dancing. There will be a small fee of $25 if you would like to bring a guest. Parking for the party will be on-site at the Omni, please carpool if you can.

We will introduce a new way to distribute volunteer prizes leaving more time for dinner and dancing You MUST RSVP for Volunteer Party PRIOR to February 15 to be included in the pre-drawing raffle.   If you miss the cut-off date, don’t worry, you will receive a raffle ticket at the party to be included in the Live Raffle Drawing.    If you have not already RSVP’d, please contact Margaret at 520-571-0400 or email margaret@tucsonconquistadores.com.
