Friends of Marty Birdman Center-Birdies for Charity

The Friends of Marty Birdman Center act as the controlling member for the center, located in the needy economic neighborhood and ensure that any donated funds go directly to the center or neighborhood, to be used for the kids. Beyond that, we hold a celebration in the summer before school starts and offer supplies to families in need, including haircuts, backpacks, and appropriate aged supplies for families of all different ages. We supply money for field trips, upgrading technology and providing scholarships. We help families that also attend Nash, Keeling and Amphi schools in the area. We donate 20 meals to families for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as other activities in the neighborhood like yard sales, garbage pickup and things that can come up from schools or other groups. 100% of your donation goes to the center and the neighborhood at large!!
